Just because you are our patient, YOU will receive a $25 dollars referral point towards your treatment plan for every friend or family member that you refer to our office. “The more the referrals you bring, the more referral points you get.” Have your referral call today to schedule an appointment at (410) 571-5014 (Referral bonus point are not redeemable for cash; new referral must complete their treatment plan.
